The Process

If our free safety inspection or a diagnostic finds something worth addressing, we explain what it is, why it matters, and what it costs — before touching anything beyond what you originally booked. For anything visual, we take photos so you can see the actual wear or fault, not just take our word for it.

Itemised, Not Bundled

Our quotes break down parts and labour separately, item by item, rather than presenting one lump sum. This means you can choose to approve some items now and defer others — you're not stuck with an all-or-nothing decision.

Explaining Urgency Honestly

We'll always tell you plainly whether something is safety-critical and needs attention now, or something that's worth planning for but can wait for your next visit. We'd rather lose a sale today than oversell you on something that isn't actually urgent.

Your Decision, Not Ours

Once you've seen the quote, the decision is entirely yours — approve it all, approve part of it, or decline and take the information elsewhere. We're not offended by a second opinion; if anything, we'd encourage it for anything major.
